PLAYER REGISTRATIONS
NOW OPEN
Hello Vampires and Vampirettes
The club is pleased to announce that
player registrations for season 2012 are now open.
This season the club has decided to completely automate
the registration process online, via Sporting Pulse.
This will enable the club to more accurately track the
registration and transfer of both returning and new players,
while at the same time offering both player and club alike
a simple way of registration fee payment via
Sporting Pulse’s secure online payment system.
In order to register as a returning player,
you will need to follow these steps:

and you will be taken to the EBVJFC online registration page.
Then follow these simple steps:
1. Enter the number of players you wish to register.
2. Choose the type of registration.
*PLEASE NOTE*
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE ARE USING SPORTING PULSE
AS OUR ON-LINE REGISTRATION PROVIDER,
THEREFORE YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT THE 2nd OPTION TITLED
“I'd like to request my username and password”
AND FOLLOWING THAT, SIMPLY ENTER THE EMAIL ADDRESS
YOU USED TO REGISTER IN 2011.
IF SUCCESSFUL, A USERNAME AND PASSWORD
WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESSAND YOU CAN GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS PAGE AND SELECT THE 1st OPTION TITLED
“I have played in this club before and have my username and password”.
THEN SIMPLY ENTER YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD
TO PROCEED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION.
IF THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU ENTERED TO RETRIEVE
YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD IS NOT ACCEPTED,
IT MEANS THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED A DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS
TO THE ONE YOU USED IN 2011.
IF YOU STILL OWN THE PREVIOUS EMAIL ADDRESS,
SIMPLY TRY THAT ONE AND SEE IF IT WORKS.
IF IT DOESN’T WORK AND YOU NEED A USERNAME AND PASSWORD
SENT TO YOUR NEW EMAIL ADDRESS,
SIMPLY EMAIL ME AT

INCLUDING YOUR NAME, PLAYER/S NAME/S AND DOB,
AND I WILL GET BACK TO WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
3. Confirm the information on this page of the online
registration form is correct and hit the “Continue” button.
4. Fill in as much information as you can in this section of the online registration form, paying particular attention
to the fields marked with asterisks (compulsory fields).
5. Enter the number of registrations you are paying for.
6. Check the box titled “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions”
and hit the “Continue” button.
7. Pay for each player you are registering with your VISA OR MASTERCARD
*PLEASE NOTE*
A PROCESSING FEE OF $6.96 PER PLAYER REGISTRATION,
WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR $200.00 PER PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE.
AND THAT’S IT!

ARE YOU
NEW TO THE VAMPIRES
IN 2012?
If you are a registering as a new EBVJFC player in 2012 but have
played previously with another team in the
South Metro Junior Football League
(formally known as the MSJFL),
you should still be able to register online with the same email address
you used to register with your previous team in 2011.
If however, you are completely new to the
South Metro Junior Football League
(SMJFL)
or are having trouble registering online,
please contact me via my email address at

and I will personally assist you with your registration.

AUSKICKERS?
If you were an Auskick participant in 2011 and wish to play
with the East Brighton Vampires in 2012,
you will not be able to use the online registration form
until your son/daughter have been transferred from the
AFL’s Auskick database to the AFL’s Junior Football database.
Therefore please contact me via my email address at

and I will personally assist you with your registration.
